Spa Specifics

Everything we do from the amenities and individual care offered to the guidelines we ask you to respect has been designed to personalize your spa experience. We have your wellness and safety in mind at all times. Visit our website for a full list of products and services offered.


Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. You are more than welcome to arrive earlier and take advantage of the lounge and Nook.

What to Wear

For most spa treatments, it is customary to disrobe completely; however, you should undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists are trained to keep you properly draped throughout the treatment, respecting your privacy at all times.


All escapes include gratuity. No substitutions for services. Prices do not include tax or service charges. Spa menu and prices may change without notice. Private Parties/Space Rental Earth Remedies Spa welcomes private parties and offers use of the Main House. Rates and additional information are available. Inquire at front desk.

Change and Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask that you give 48 hours notice if you must cancel or change your scheduled appointment. No-shows, changes, and/or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service cost, with a minimum of $50 for any late cancellation.

If you are 10 or more minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment or if booked for multiple services, we may need to remove services and a minimum of $25 will be charged for the missed services unable to be completed related to late arrival. We strive to complete all services while maintaining high spa standards.

Please note that after 3 reschedules with less than 48 hours’ notice within 1 year, the guest will start to pay the full cost of the service. We appreciate your respect and understanding.
